	Mobile Software Agents (Amika Mobile / OCE) Intelligent Agent Platform for Mobile Content Services The purpose of the project is to develop an intelligent system that pre-processes content so within the screen size and storage limitations of a standard SMS mobile phone. The SMS phone would be able to deliver critical information in real time tailored to its capabilities. The intelligent system will be based on a multi-agent platform with both stationary and distributed agents that move over the Internet.
